Don grew up on a farm near Conway Springs, KS. and graduated from WSU in 1976 with a BA in education. He married his wife, Susan, and they will be celebrating their 30th anniversary next year, 2010. They are the proud parents of a daughter, Lindsay, and son, Trevor. They also have two grandchildren who have the Burford's wrapped around their little fingers! 
Don joined Jeff Lange Real Estate in December 1996 and started auctioneering at that same time.  His farm background is evident in his work ethic and also in his knowledge of the rural real estate market.  This makes him the ideal auctioneer for rural properties, farm land and machinery. However, his experience also lends itself to suburban, urban and all types of real estate and properties. 
Don comments that if you want attention for your real estate or auction needs that he will always bend over backwards to help you. He enjoys creating a good relationship with his clients and is frank and up front. He prefers to always let clients know what to expect throughout the entire buying, selling, or auction process.
